The staff are always cheerful and polite and always deliver a personal service. On the service side Jackie is always helpful when getting the cars booked in and returned. Great customer service from the beginning till the end. Tony was always on the other side of the phone and kept us informed in regards to our car. They even charged out car and put some petrol in so we didn't have to worry ☺️ They were very accommodating and supportive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their next car. Excellent sales service from David Pearce. Always met with a friendly, smiling face. Collected my new MG ZS EV LR on 2/3/2023. Car was ready as promised. He gave me an expert overview of the car before handing the keys over. In the time I waited for delivery of the car, David kept me up to date on any progress re the delivery of the car. He is a very kind, always friendly and efficient salesman to deal with. Highly recommended.

First got to the dealer and was greeted with a smiling face, I came to see a specific car and was urged to take it for a test drive to get a feel for it. When I got back I had a tonne of questions about the vehicle and equipment which was all answered helpfully and professionally. The dealer insisted on getting two new tyres and a service before I took the car which was a bonus at my end. From start to finish the process was very good. Thanks to Kev, Jonathan and Tony.
